Secure Memory Care

University Post Acute is a secured facility for those residents who have memory impairments and may try to wander. Our compassionate team includes a Registered Nurse during the day seven days a week. We are dedicated to providing person-centered care to our patients and residents requiring rehabilitation, progressive and restorative treatments.
