University Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing facility located in Mentone, California. We are located minutes east of Redlands Community Hospital and Loma Linda University Medical Center. Our facility is one of the few that have a Veterans Administration contract allowing us to admit residents/patients from the VA Hospital and from other facilities when the veteran requires a skilled level of care.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent nursing care in addition to rehabilitation therapy services.
